Fee is tiered based on the library's operating expenditure as reported on the most recently published IPLAR.

Fee tier is based on an instance, which is the number of schools that require a Find More Illinois (SHAREit) account.

Fee is tiered based on population served. Population is defined as staff and affiliates served by the library and who are eligible to borrow materials.

The membership fee is generally billed annually, but RAILS will work with libraries to accommodate needs for special billing cycles.
